At Aahario, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. Due to the nature of our food products, we follow a strict no-return policy to ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To request a replacement or refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof, such as images or videos of the product and packaging. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that products that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for replacement or refund unless there is a verified quality issue.

We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions.
